Volvo Truck and Mack Truck Dealers are the FIRST and ONLY North American truck manufacturer to harness the intelligence in your world class vehicles to automate and populate the dealer service repair process.

JPRO® Professional or TDS +ASIST was designed for the integration of advanced diagnostic information, and the automation into ASIST, offers quicker and more accurate diagnostics. This integrated process leads to improved communication throughout the repair – from intake to completion.

For a total service solution, JPRO or TDS +ASIST is capable of expanding your service toward the goal of ALL MAKES capability in your shop. In preparation, to diagnose and repair every truck, every time, youʼll want to equip your service PCs with either TDS for Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks only or JPRO for all makes, all models, heavy-duty diagnostics.

JPRO and TDS are covered under Mack and Volvo warranty for 2 hours for a Non-Master Tech and 4 hours for a Master Tech per Warranty Operations Manual 4.2.1.1
