• All retail stations surveyed report plenty of fuels on hand in Southeast Florida. Some panic buying observed in South Dade.

• Electricity -• Electric Utility Companies preparing for Rita landfall;• Turkey Point NPP has declared unusual event due to

hurricane warning• MISSISSIPPI – KATRINA FUELS

• Fuel Tanker contracts expire 9/29, ESF-1&3 on-site management• Retail stations are coming on-line• Propane deliveries from Gulfport restored - See Tracker Katrina

primary mission to get schools up and running throughout Bay St. Louis and Hancock Counties.

• Joint Task Force-FL (MS) 376 Airmen & Soldiers• TF 1-265th conducting security/HA missions in Bay St. Louis and

southern area of Hancock County.• Support from 708th CS Co, 144th Trans Co, 146th SC Bn,

A/161st Med Co• 18 Ongoing Missions, 3 POD security, 1 POD distribution site, 3

traffic control points, 7 point security sites, 4 security patrols.• Task Force Spoon: 10 Soldiers (Cooks) at CRTC Gulfport, MS

are providing oversight of feeding operation for approximately 8,000 military/civilian personnel.

• Task Force 83 (FL)/SQM: Forward Logistics Element (FLE) Pensacola Armory supporting JTF-FL
