MOJITO 12 Fresh Mint Leaves ½ Lime 2 Tablespoons of Simple Syrup 1 1/5 Ounces of Light Rum Ice Club Soda

In a tall glass, muddle the mint leaves and lime. Add simple syrup and fill the glass with ice. Add the rum and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. Sit back and enjoy!

PIÑA COLADA

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, a maraschino cherry and a little umbrella.

1 ½ ounces of light rum 2 ounces of cream of coconut 2 ounces of pineapple juice 1 cup of crushed ice

CLASSIC DAIQUIRI 1 ½ ounces of light rum 1 ounce of fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon of simple syrup 1 cup of ice

Mix ingredients in a shaker. Shake vigorously as if you were pumping iron. Strain into a martini glass.

MARGARITA 1 ½ ounces of silver (blanco) tequila

1 ounce of Cointreau or triple sec 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

Splash of simple syrup

Add ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a

cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime, salt rim optional and share your tequila story. (#ShareOnboard).

RUM RUNNER Two cups ice

1 oz pineapple juice 1 oz orange juice

1 oz blackberry liqueur 1 oz banana liqueur

1 oz light rum 1 oz dark or spiced rum

Splash of grenadine

Mix ingredients and blend until smooth.

Garnish with an Orange wedge and a

maraschino cherry. Or drink it out of a flask to

feel like a real bootlegger.

PAINKILLER 2-4 oz dark rum 4 oz pineapple juice 1 oz cream of coconut 1 oz orange juice Grated nutmeg Mix all the ingredients together and pour over ice.

COCO LOCO ¾ oz dark rum ¾ coconut rum

½ cream of coconut ½ orange juice

½ pineapple juice ¼ grenadine

Blend everything and pour straight into a coconut. Stick in a

straw and you’re ready to go.

BLUE HAWAIIAN ¾ oz light rum ¾ oz vodka ½ blue curacao 3 oz pineapple juice 1 oz sweet and sour mix Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and combine. Drink the ocean-blue mixture with ice and garnish your rim with sugar for a touch of the beach.

HURRICANE 2 oz. light rum 2 oz. dark rum 2 oz. passion fruit juice 1 oz. orange juice ½ oz. lime juice 1 tablespoon simple syrup 1 tablespoon grenadine

Mix all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake it like windows in a hurricane and pour into a tall glass.
