REHABILITATION PROJECT

The fourteen assigned workers continued gaining ground for this rehabilitation project,

with the fall temperatures reaching record highs the employees stayed hydrated

withstanding the heat with minimal time lost this reporting period.

Gulfstream Glass, which is the glazing sub-contractor, mobilized on October 24, 2019 and

the three workers began installation at the 01-stack completing five sliding glass doors this

period. Keystone verified the materials being used as Dymonic 100 polyurethane sealant

applied under the threshold, including the surface of the 1x6-inch PVC sill extender, with

3-1/4 inch stainless tapcon style anchors that were encapsulated with the sealant.

The stairwell shearwalls and elevator tower painting was finished, and the contractor plans

to apply the primer on November 4, 2019 at the Porte-cochere.

The east elevation 01-stack is currently forming the edge repairs and once completed the

post tension sub-contractor is scheduled to complete the necessary hardware for the pre-

pour evaluation by the engineer.

Both the north and south elevations have the post tension hardware installed and with

Keystones’ approval to cast, the crew pumped the 6000psi redi-mix concrete at Unit 308

where the balcony was fully replaced and with a total of 4-yards the employees also cst the

kneewalls at Unit 208 and some other approved locations.
