Trojan Services Limited (TSL)
Established in 2000, Trojan Services Ltd is a leading manufacturer and supplier of cable troughing and walkway solutions for the rail network and civil engineering industries. Its award winning products have been rigorously tested to ensure they out-perform specified minimum lifetime requirements.
Developed in collaboration with rail network engineers, Trojan products can be installed in hard to access areas as well as being flexible enough to fit seamlessly into existing concrete troughing installations. Designed and manufactured in Britain, all Trojan products have been have been independently tested to Network Rail standards.
Quality & Durability
Trojan Services Ltd has developed a state-of-the-art range of cable troughing products designed to meet today’s demanding installation and maintenance requirements. All materials and processes used are ISO 9001 compliant, ensuring a reliable and consistent product supply.
Trojan prides itself on the quality and reliability of its patented technology, pledging no breakages or damage during transport and installation. Designed in collaboration with rail network engineers, when Trojan’s products arrive on site, they are fit for purpose and more cost effective than their concrete equivalents.
Health & Safety
All Trojan products are compliant with HSE manual handling guidelines. They have also been given a green rated status in Network Rail’s Manual Handling Assessment Chart (MAC). Each Trojan component is within the maximum weight of 25kg for a one man lift, making it significantly lighter than the concrete equivalent of 88kg.
Sustainability
Made from 100% high-grade recycled polymer, all Trojan products have a substantially lower carbon footprint than their traditional counterparts. Their lightweight properties allow for larger volumes to be delivered, resulting in reduced transportation costs.
Reliability
All Trojan products are manufactured with the best quality raw materials. Each component is rigorously stress tested to ensure its quality and integrity to eliminate damage and breakages during transportation, handling and installation.
Durable and lightweight, Trojan products can be cut and screwed using standard hand tools, while emitting no dust or smoke. This makes them ideal for use on any projects that require onsite adjustments during installation.
Traceability
All Trojan products are compliant with ISO 9001 standards. At the point of manufacture, each Trojan component is stamped with a provenance mark, allowing for it to be traced back to its point of origin.
