The LDV Series
Trident’s condensate sensing type automatic drain valve is
the latest advancement in drain valve technology. Instead of
operating through cycle timer, these valves sense the
condensate level for activation, ensuring absolutely no loss of
compressed air and hence enormous energy saving. Trident
condensate sensing type drain valves are highly efficient and
reliable. These drain valves can be fitted directly on the
equipment simply by replacing the manual drains.

Applications :
CTD is the culmination of years of manufacturing drains.It takes care of all problems normally associated withdrains. The controller is now built of ultra reliablemicrocontroller and feature dual adjustment of bothcycle and drain. The valve has a large orifice and specialsolenoid operator section to discharge dust.
Should the valve still get clogged you can serviceit without removing from the installation. Press theknob at the bottom of the valve to mechanically clearall the sludge. Electronically flush a few times and nowit is fully serviced and ready for use.
Condensate discharge for any other pressure (P) multiply the flow given for 7 Kg/cm2 (g) by P——2.6

AOK 20B - Automatic Condensate Drain
The AOK 20 is used when larger amounts of condensate (up to 300 l/h) must be automatically discharged from � lters, pressure vessels and cyclone separators. It ensures reliable operation up to 20 barg (290 psig). When the condensate exceeds the discharge level, the � oat rises, opens the discharge aperture and discharges condensate from the system. We reccomend the installation of the nipple, which improves the performance of the AOK 20B.
