• Close to 100 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, etc
• Over 200 scientific presentations at professional meetings
• Continuous research grant funding since 1990, from NIH, CDC, foundations, State, County, etc. (millions of $$)
• Last CDC $20 million grant submitted in August, 2012 (in the midst of cancer treatment)….FUNDED!
