To minimize environmental impact of antenna supporting structures, calzavara has created triatower verticalarchitecturally blended structures. The result combines technology and functionality with present-day aestheticneeds in both large and small urban areas.

The triangular supporting structure consists of three legs joined together by hidden flanges and stiffened bydesign steel bar tie rods recessed in the thickness of the fixing plate.

The summit shrouding is made of light blue Vitroplexplus, a radio-electrically transparent material that resemblesfrosted glass. triatower is available in two options: with “V” shape legs or with tubular legs.In the option with “V” shape legs, the corners of the top shrouding are made of Vitroplexplus, in hot-formed sheet,follow the rounded triangular shape of the structure. In the option with tubular legs, the base module can bearranged as an equipment room, thermally insulated.

The antennas are fixed on a Ø 114 mm pipe mount, fitted inside the Vitroplexplus top modules. Inside the topportion, which can be divided into three or four modules, depending on the tower height, it is possible to installup to 6 panel antennas and up to 2 dish antennas (max. diameter 60 cm), in each module. The installation ofseveral modules at the top makes triatower, suitable for site sharing.

The materials comply with the requirements of European Standards (EURONORM).• Structural parts S355J0 (Fe 510 C) EN 10025 • Nuts and bolts class 8.8 EN 20898-1• Summit shrouding light blue Vitroplexplus, semi-transparent material with frosted

finish resistant to: UV, weak acids, grease, oils, water,impact (hail); B-s1, d0 to EN 13501-1 fire resistance

All steel materials are protected by hot-dip galvanizing in accordance to EuronormEN 1461 and ASTM A123 Standards.
