ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:D R MEDIA AND INVESTMENTS, LLC d/b/a (The News Leader) reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions, rates, etc., specifi ed under this contract upon thirty (30) days notice in writing, and if said revision is not acceptable to the advertiser, the advertiser, by written notice to D R MEDIA AND INVESTMENTS, LLC d/b/a (The News Leader), prior to the eff ective date of such changes, may cancel the contract without liability for future obligations.

Either party may terminate this contract (without specifying cause) with ten (10) days notice, in which event the advertiser would pay the contract rate if terminated by D R MEDIA AND INVESTMENTS, LLC, or the earned rate if terminated by the advertiser.

CREDIT POLICY:Payments must be paid in advance for “Sellout”, “Closing Up”, “Bankruptcy Sale”, or advertisement of similar nature. In addition, all political advertising and clients without approved credit with D R MEDIA AND INVESTMENTS, LLC d/b/a (The News Leader), must be paid in advance.

Advertiser agrees to pay all reasonable collection and/or attorney fees should such fees become necessary in the collection on monies due D R MEDIA AND INVESTMENTS, LLC d/b/a (The News Leader). GENERAL CONDITION: D R MEDIA AND INVESTMENTS, LLC d/b/a (The News Leader). shall not be liable for slight changes or typographical errors that do not lessen the value of an advertisement.

The Publisher’s liability for others errors or omissions in connection with advertisement is strictly limited to initial publication of the advertisement. The Publisher assumes no liability greater than the cost of the advertisement. While we make every eff ort to eliminate all errors, occasionally one does occur. Please check your ad in the fi rst issue it appears and call the Advertising Department immediately should you fi nd an error.
