capacity that should be applied in any hiring made by a public institution.

I was ic ed out from the university I was wor ing for 3 years already but this fact was not enoughfor the !ithuanian cyber/harassers and stal ers operating in the above mentioned pro/governmentfaceboo groups. They continued sending me insulting and threatening messages (I include someof them at the end of this letter$ and trying to understand what I am doing for living since they ,ustsimply want me to leave this country. They don9t understand that faceboo does not belong to!ithuania and that if I am forced to leave !ithuania my activity on faceboo against the current!ithuanian political leadership will increase instead of decreasing. I will continue denouncing thesituation of lac of freedom and degradation of civil rights promoted by the current !ithuanianpolitical leadership. +nd I will continue targeting the bunch of bigots that are behind the abovementioned hate speech faceboo groups that have imposed a reign of intimidation' delation andfear that has not anything to do with a democratic society but reminds me the old Stalinist soviettimes.

I include in my report three incidents more. Two of them are incidents that affect a Spanish and!ithuanian professors that I now personally. The third incident affects a !ithuanian high schoolteacher that I don9t now personally.

The first incident is about a Spanish professor "r. +sier Blas ;endo)a who is lecturer at :LC (theCniversity of Bas?ue ountry' website-http-66www.ehu.eus6eu6 $. Le spent some months in Kaunasas a lecturer hired by #ytautas ;agnus Cniversity. In spring semester

I include in the third part of this letter the posts of +lgis&amanaus as on faceboo . +lso two defamatory articles against professor Blas ;endo)apublished by two of the main portals in !ithuania' %"elfi” and %13 minutes”. I repeat again that ;r. +lgis &amanaus as is a well/ nown ,ournalist who was first wor ing in music shows but that later became a serious %political analyst” and nowadays has one of the most popular programmesbroadcasted by the national !ithuanian television focused on %&ussia propaganda”. +ccording to;r. &amanaus as the &ussians are going to invade !ithuania and 0utin has already a networ of %little green men” inside !ithuania ready to overthrow the !ithuanian government and able to ta ethe control of the country li e allegedly they did in rimea.

The pro/"ean of the aculty of 0olitical Sciences and "iplomacy of #;C' "r. 7iedrius Resna as'as ed by the local ,ournalists' told them that professor Blas ;endo)a would not be invited anymoreto teach by the university since he had personal points of view on the C rainian maidan that werenot compatible with the point of view maintained by #ytautas ;agnus Cniversity. +ccording to "r.Resna as #;C' that is a public university' is supporting maidan and the government of 0oroshen o and all the faculties employed by the university have to share the same point of view.The Spanish professor can not wor anymore in this institution since his articles published inseveral media go against the official point of view supported by #;C authorities and the !ithuaniangovernment. They are as ing for an increase of their salaries since !ithuania is the :C country pays the lowest salaries to their teachers. The #S" created a list of %persona non/grata” and enemiesof !ithuania where they have included !ithuanian political organi)ations' !ithuanian pro/humanrights activists and even members of the national Seimas (0arliament$ and local ,ournalists.0eople' citi)ens of !ithuania' that are ,ust posting on social media or writing or participating inconferences giving information or their point of view against the !ithuanian foreign policy or theauthoritarian rule of 0resident 7rybaus aite and her 0olice of Thought and nly Truth. Theyincluded in the list of %persona non grata” "r. Jigmas #aisvila' member of the Seimas accusing himof wor ing for 0utin. +lso they included one of the founders of modern !ithuania' the ,ournalist andpolitician &olandas 0aulaus as' who was one of the signataries of the +ct of Independence of !ithuania. This country is probably one of the few countries in :urope where the members of the0arliament can be %removed” for giving their point of view against the 0resident of the country. Ishappening right now with"r. Jigmas #aisvila or with others members of the 0arliament opposed tothe policies implemented by the strongman of !ithuania and her team. The #S" wantsauthori)ation to operate against the %agents of 0utin” and the %little green men” and arrest themwithout ,udicial control.
