Our journey of progress

TRENDZ INTERNATIONAL commenced its operation in 2005.

It achieved quick successes because of its entrepreneurs' long

experience & involvement in this industry.

Anticipating the new requirements of apparel manufacturing like

shorter lead time & flexibility in production, TRENDZ located itself in

Dhaka and Narayanganj two textile & apparel manufacturing hubs of

Bangladesh, along with installing sophisticated technology & machineries

in different factories.

As a result, TRENDZ successfully has secured reputed retailers of US

and EU in its clientele. TRENDZ takes a lot pride that it is serving

most of its clients through a lasting &trusted relationship. To turn

over volume order, TRENDZ expanded its capacity

continuously and now has reached around 15 thousand pieces per

day in garments manufacturing.

TRENDZ's affiliated factories has initiated the process to get certification

Work place environment

As a responsible apparel producer, TRENDZ arranges employees a

work environment high above the law-required level. TRENDZ

installed and has updated lighting, ventilation and ergonomics of

its plants using latest technologies like bus bar for electrical fitting,

overhead mirror reflectors for lamps, forced duct ventilation and

so on.

The goal is to exceed requirements of local legislation and reach

the global standards, and thereby support clients' images and

sourcing principles.

Clearly demarcated emergency routes & exits, smoke & fire

detectors, consciously designed working lay-outs ensure a safe

workplace for workers. As per ISO requirements, instructions

and warning signs are posted in highly visible places,

inside the factory and in local language (Bangla).

Moreover, usage of metal gloves in times of fabric cutting, needle

guard in time of sewing and such similar procedures reduces

significantly work-related accidents in factories .

Besides being safe, TRENDZ workplace offers a congenial &

supporting environment for all: managerial staffs and workers

work in mutual cooperation and respect.

TRENDZ consciously puts effort to empower woman not only by just

recruiting more women in workforce, rather by undertaking some

assertive programs to train & promote women in the higher levels.

TRENDZ QA MANUAL

Trendz is using its own Quality Assurance Manual to standardise

the products to customer's required level.The manual is followed by

the factory management in every stage from sourcing of fibre

to the final product of fashion. Trendz is renowned for superseding

factories in it's decision to hold on the quality.

By remodeling & refining the system continuously, TRENDZ features

now a unique capability in terms of industry-low rework and repair

rate, thereby high quality product in quickest possible time. Rules

like "fit for purpose" and "do it right first time" is not mere slogans

rather deeply embedded cultures in TRENDZ. As a result, TRENDZ can

meet whatever AQL requirement is placed by the value-savvy

clients.

TRENDZ has acquired latest technology like computerized quality

control & feedback process; and has created a quality

consciousness among its workforce.

Its experienced quality control team extends its operation even in

sourcing decisions of raw materials, chemicals and accessories. Or in

recommending new technologies.
