Guide line for publishing a JOV special issue
JOV can publish a special issue which includes general papers and papers presented in a workshop, symposium or conference (technical meeting).
Papers are reviewed under the same reviewing process as regular papers.
The technical meeting organizer, who wish to publish a special issue, asks VSJ for the cooperation.
The submissions for the special issue needs to be reviewed in advance by the program committee which includes JOV members (editorial board or associate editors) .
