About Tree of Hands Tree of Hands is an outreach group of volunteers and businesses in the British Virgin Islands (“BVI”) which collect gifts for children, from newborns through to the age of 16. The initiative has grown to a distribution of 2,300 gifts in 2017 and over 20,000 gifts since it began. Gifts are distributed across the BVI including Anegada, Jost Van Dyke and Virgin Gorda. https://www.facebook.com/treeofhands / KPMG BVI & Tree of Hands Last year, following the devastation caused by Hurricane Irma, KPMG was overwhelmed by the support shown by their employees, contacts and clients to the Tree of Hands. However, recovery efforts still continue both in terms of the physical recovery and, as importantly, the emotional recovery necessary to overcome such a traumatic event – especially, for the younger members of our community. Whilst KPMG BVI has been fully operational with all of our staff properly housed for all of 2018, many of the children on the islands are still in temporary or very damaged homes and temporary schools (including, in some cases, schooling taking place in a tent). KPMG BVI prides itself on its citizenship agenda and our employees have devoted significant time to the local community in the last 12 months, whether that be clearing, cleaning and painting multiple primary schools, or dive, beach and other island wide cleanups. We are, though, most proud that we can partner with Tree of Hands once again and we hope that with your support we will this year be able to help even more children with this amazing programme. How can you help? Clicking on one of the hands featured on the Christmas tree on the next page, will reveal an Amazon wish list that has been set up for particular age groups. You can add one or a number of items from the list to your “cart” and select “KPMG -Tree of Hands BVI” as the shipping address. The item will then be shipped to an address in Miami and, with the fantastic support of Aeropost carrier services, the gifts will be delivered to the BVI in time for Christmas - at no additional cost to you as KPMG BVI and Aeropost will cover all shipping charges from Miami to the BVI. Along with the Amazon wish list, we are also encouraging people living in the BVI to support local businesses when selecting a gift. A list of participating stores can be found on the Tree of Hands Facebook page. The KPMG BVI office will operate as a collection site so if you are in the BVI and want to drop off a gift, please come to the 3 rd Floor of the Banco Popular Building in Road Town. KPMG BVI & Tree of HandsLast year, following the devastation caused by Hurricane Irma, KPMG was overwhelmed by the support shown by their employees, contacts and clients to the Tree of Hands.

How can you help?Clicking on one of the hands featured on the Christmas tree on the next page, will reveal an Amazon wish list that has been set up for particular age groups. You can add one or a number of items from the list to your “cart” and select “KPMG -Tree of Hands BVI” as the shipping address.

The item will then be shipped to an address in Miami and, with the fantastic support of Aeropost carrier services, the gifts will be delivered to the BVI in time for Christmas -at no additional cost to you as KPMG BVI and Aeropost will cover all shipping charges from Miami to the BVI.

Along with the Amazon wish list, we are also encouraging people living in the BVI to support local businesses when selecting a gift. A list of participating stores can be found on the Tree of Hands Facebook page.

The KPMG BVI office will operate as a collection site so if you are in the BVI and want to drop off a gift, please come to the 3rd Floor of the Banco Popular Building in Road Town.
