The needs of each group can be tailor-made and exclusive use of the establishment can be

arranged for larger groups. Body Sense Day Spa can accommodate groups of up to 20 people

per day. Decide on your budget and we will personalise your corporate gift and thank you cards

to them.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Spa day packages and treatments make wonderful presents for family and friends, or as an

incentive or reward for business colleagues. Gift vouchers can be purchased for any monetary

value and are valid for 6 months. They may also be used for the purchasing of retail products.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES

Conference facilities are available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICy

- A 48 hour notice period is required for cancellations and rescheduling

- Failure to comply with the above will result in the full treatment payment being deducted

- This cancellation policy applies to all vouchers issued. The voucher will be redeemed should

the cancellation of the booking not comply with the above

- Regrettably, Body Sense Day Spa is not able to issue cash refunds to any client
