AROMATHERAPY FULL BODY MASSAGE

50 Minutes - £50.00 (Full Body)

This hero treatment starts with a consultation to ascertain your emotional and physical needs. We then carry out an aroma test to allow you to choose the oil most suitable for you.

With your chosen oil, your therapist will use carefully applied pressures to stimulate the nervous system, Swedish and neuromuscular techniques to relieve muscular tension, and lymphatic drainage to encourage healthy circulation. This treatment works from your head to your toes, dissolving away your stress and tension.

This treatment releases tension held in every part of your body leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and recharged.

25 Minutes - £30.00

During this tension easing massage your therapist will use carefully applied pressures to the back, neck and shoulders helping to stimulate the nervous system while relieving muscular tension, aches and pains.

THE EDEN 60

60 Minutes - £60.00

When you need a little more me time, a mixture of Swedish and lymphatic drainage techniques are carried out in this 60 minute full body massage, which will ensure every muscle from top to toe is eased, tension is soothed, and balance is restored.

This signature massage is designed to alleviate deep-seated tension and muscular stress.

In this tension easing massage your therapist will use carefully applied pressures to the back, neck and shoulders helping to stimulate the nervous system while relieving muscular tension, aches and pains.

ACHING FOOT RELAXER25 Minutes - £30.00

Refresh and support tired, aching feet after a long day on the go with this specially selected combination of essential oils to stimulate and invigorate.

Spicy, rich black pepper and fresh, green rosemary stimulates circulation while warming ginger lends an energising effect. Feet and lower legs are exfoliated, soaked and refreshing gel and oil are massaged into the skin. Cuticles and heels are deeply nourished with natural plant oils.

Aches are eased and feet feel light.

Pregnancy Treatments

ULTIMATE ROSE PREGNANCY MASSAGE 55 Minutes - £60.00

Feel nurtured and supported in a time of constant change. Choose from a selection of three oils, each safely formulated to be used during pregnancy to nourish and care for your expanding skin. Using the traditional aromatherapy pressure point massage for the upper back and paying particular attention to tight shoulders, this massage helps to relieve stress and tension.

The legs are massaged to ease the heavy feeling that can come with pregnancy, and a full scalp and facial massage, with treatment oil chosen specifically for your skin type, completes this top-to-toe treatment.

This treatment releases tension held in every part of your body leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and recharged.

Let us melt away your tension using a combination of hot stones and your choice of Aromatherapy Associates massage oil. The deep penetrating heat from the stones is used to massage the body using traditional techniques to release muscular tension and balance the spirit.

SWEDISH MASSAGE 50 Minutes (Full Body) - £50.00

An indulgent body treatment that involves traditional Swedish massage movements that includes lymphatic drainage to remove toxins and reduce muscle tension and stress.

HOPIS EAR CANDLES40 Minutes - £45.00

Made from natural ingredients, Hopis Ear Candles work like a chimney by drawing impurities to the surface where they can be gently removed. Many sufferers of sinus problems, hayfever and headaches find this treatment beneficial , as do clients with excessive or compacted earwax.

Followed by a lymphatic drainage facial massage and a soothing scalp massage.

AGE REPAIR FACIAL80 Minutes - £70.00This natural, highly effective facial reduces the signs of ageing without using harsh chemicals. This repairing and anti-ageing facial works with natural oils of inca inchi and larch extract which stimulate collagen formation to deliver firm and tightened skin, whilst the anti-inflammatory properties of pomegranate and rosehip seed oil work on slowing down the effects of ageing skin.

Afternoon Tea will be served and will include a choice of finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and an indulgent cake. Also included is a pot of tea.

HALF DAY SPA PACKAGE - £55.00 per Person

Relax in our relaxation area and unwind in our sauna and steam room. Enjoy a dip in our tropically heated pool. Choose one 25 minute treatment from the following: Dermalogica Facial or Aromatherapy Associates Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, or file and paint on hands or feet and choice of polish for the ultimate pampering experience. Including a two course lunch with a glass of Prosecco, pot of tea, coffee or soft drink.

ME TIME SPA PACKAGE - £40.00 per Person

Relax in our relaxation area and unwind in our sauna and steam room. Enjoy a dip in our tropically heated pool. Choose from one of the following 25 minute treatments: Either an Aromatherapy Associates back, neck and shoulder massage, or Swedish head, neck and shoulder massage.Complete your experience with a delicious slice of cake and hot drink of your choice.

Terms & Conditions

Medical/General • All treatments and Spa packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.

A full refund will be given if treatments are cancelled 24 hours prior to the day of treatment and 48 hours prior for Spa packages.

• If you are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs you will be refused any treatments and will be asked to leave site.

• If you have undergone an operation in the last 6 months you will be refused any treatments as they may affect your recovery.

• We also advise that you consult your doctor prior to any treatments, as the therapist will not take responsibility for any injuries sustained during your treatment.

• If guests have restricted mobility, please advise at the time of booking to allow us to accommodate your needs.

• If undergoing any medical treatment for cancer, please make us aware at time of booking, as a medical note must be provided.

• Please ensure that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Should you arrive late, you may not be entitled to your treatment or time will be deducted from your treatment.

• Consultation and aftercare advice are completed during your treatment time.

Spa Days• Use of Spa facilities is for 16 years and over.

• Treatments are not transferable and only treatments stated in each package may be used.

• Please inform the therapist if you are breast feeding.

• Spa packages will gain you access to Cheddar Woods Resort & Spa during the hours of 9.30am - 1.30pm or 1.00pm - 5.00pm.

• A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking.

• Subject to group size and availability.

• Spa packages are unavailable at weekends and during peak season.
