Provide courses and training to around 12,000 students and have ten campuses and centres across Birmingham.

A purpose built construction centre, hair and beauty salons which are open to the public, a fine dining restaurant run by students, music and sound recording rooms, a industry standard auditorium and much more.

95% of our students pass their courses.

Introduction/purpose

I intend to make this advert to promote The South and City College facilities and to attract 16 to 18 year olds as well as to reassure the parents or guardians of the students that wish to enrol.

The message I am trying to put across is that choosing south and city college will be beneficial and has the best possible facilities the college can have.

The tone of voice that I would have in the advert is a happy and jolly voice. However the voice would still have to be a soft tone to be able to trust and be reassuring.

The Script overlook ;•Tagline - Discover your future is the college tagline however for the advert. Can’t find the right path look through the right magnifying glass.•The script needs to include the information about the facilities and courses of the college (about the college).•The music style I would use would be a strong beated song to engage the target audience. The music would be at a medium pace but not over power the voiceover or the sound effects.•The sound effects

humorous genre.

In the advert the content needs to include laughter and happy

voices that will intrigue people into the college because it shows

that the college is welcoming. This will appeal to both the

younger audience and also their parents and guardians.
