Superior Court and County Commissioner’s Buildings

challenges• To accommodate the needs of a contemporary courthouse within

an existing building while retaining its historic character and distinctiveness

• To carefully evaluate program needs for the PFC in the context of Essex County, while also considering the adjacent Ruane Judicial Center as an asset to be leveraged
