RESEARCH POSTER PRESENTATION DESIGN © 2012 www.PosterPresentations.co m To my own experience, conditions to change could be found in the definition of traveling for few reasons: far from everyday life with a more open spirit, able to act out of comfort zone, be with people I appreciate, meet new people and new idea and act in present time. After looking for more definitions, I realized this definition is not share by usual resources. So I offer you a new way to consider traveling more closed to a spiritual journey than a touristic one. I will present here 6 travels I did like opportunities to share, learn, discover, accept who we are and to change deeply ourselves. I will focus first on places and people and then on changes we could see in my path. To conclude we will highlight how be the change make your world change. TRAVELING: CONDITIONS TO CHANGE? Since 5 years,travel after travel I change my everyday life rituals including yoga, meditation and now mindfulness.

We could see in this 3 graphs how my life has changed :- Incomes and work activities (graph 1), total switch from marketing to

teaching and it is just a step.- The kind ofactivities along the month, less and less outside activities for a

more deep connexion to my inner self. (graph 2)- Well being, stress and health have considerably changed (graph 3)

These travels changed my path, my believes, my work, my well being and help me to find my calling
