Corporate Housing Recommendations 2015 asking rents have increased by 12% over last year. Marin County is a supply-constrained county, RealFacts shows Marin apartments at 97% occupied, which pushes rental prices through the roof. Lack of inventory and high rates are problematic, but we do have housing suggestions that offer shorter lease terms and hopefully won’t break the bank too much. As with any rental property or hotel, availability is subject to change without notice.
