Chicago - O’Hare Airport

Once you have retrieved your luggage (and cleared customs, for international travelers), you can either rent a car or take a bus to Milwaukee.

Car rentals: Several of the rental car companies provide small shuttle buses or vans that will take you to their rental offices from various areas around the airport. For more information, check with your rental car company or www.ohare.com.

Bus tickets: Domestic travelers should follow the red signs to the bus/shuttle center, where the bus stops outside of door #4. For international travelers, the bus leaves from the lower level of the international terminal, exit 5E.

Milwaukee – Mitchell Airport

Several rental car agencies operate out of Mitchell Airport. For a listing, see www.mitchellairport.com.

There are several hotels around the airport, as well as others spread throughout Milwaukee. See the following pages for hotel rates and map information.

Hotel Accommodations

Training session participants are responsible for making their own hotel accommodations. See map on next page for hotel locations.

Several hotels run a shuttle service. If your hotel offers this service, plan on leaving by 8:00 am to get to the factory for an 8:30 class.

The hotel rates listed here are only to be used as a rough guide. Actual rates may vary from those listed here. Some hotels offer special rates to Danfoss, so when making reservations, ask for the Danfoss rate.

Car TravelFrom Chicago, take 294 N. 294 will merge with 94. Exit onto 43 S / 894 W. Next, exit onto 45 N. Exit at Good Hope Road, then turn left onto 107th St., then right onto Bradley. The factory will be on your left.

There are two Toll Plazas on the way. The tolls are $1 and $1.50.

International travelers, please note:

• The toll collectors only take US currency.

• Stay to the right and follow the signs that say “MANUAL.”

• Avoid the “I-PASS” lanes. These require a transponder that automatically deducts your tolls, and do not allow you to pay with money.
