EXPERIENCING AMAZON WITH TROPICAL TREE CLIMBING Tropical Tree Climbing is a small, family in-bound tour operator business dedicated to bringing fresh perspectives to the recreational and educational Amazon Rainforest travel experience for the enthusiastic nature traveler and wildlife photographer. We’re committed to achieving the best sustainably operated tourism opportunities from 2006, both as stewards of the earth as well as the rainforest’s inhabitants.

THE DIFFERENCE Small Groups Guide ratio 3. Max group size 6 people.

Physical Demands Our trips does not demand extensive physical activity, other than walking a maximum of twenty consecutive minutes over virgin forest. We stop as many times as necessary depending on the rhythm of the group.

Trip Experts Our guides are officially trained by recognized organization Tree Climbers International (TCI). Tropical Tree Climbing is pioneering action to bring TCI guidelines to Brazil.

Pay OnceWe bundle the cost of securing your fees into the trip price. Fees for equipment, personal insurance, meals, juices and drinking water on the trip, ground transfers, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French speaking support staff are included, too.

FlexibilityWe keep our itinerary flexible as there is no telling what or when a new opportunity for adventure will present itself, we will be exploring in its truest sense!

WHERE WILL WE SLEEP? On all trips excluding the River Boat Tree Climbing Voyage, we offer full-service accommodation at our guest house — Amazon Camp Lodge.

We offers our clients a one-of-a-kind wilderness experience by providing a rare opportunity to spend a few days in the absolute peace of a remote forested area just north of the jungle, and rich in the natural beauty of the Brazilian Amazon. Impeccable service, and a staff eager to deliver an awesome experience for visitors, makes our guest house an oasis of comfort within the remote infrastructure.

It’s situated on 667 acres of natural rainforest within the environmental protection area of Cave of the Maruaga and located at Km 144 of the highway BR 174 (direction Manaus-Boa Vista), in the township of Presidente Figueiredo, Amazon, Brazil.

For us, the best Amazon lodge are the one that provide access to untamed, intact Amazonian rainforest. While you could stay at a hotel where much of the rainforest has been converted to pastures and heavily impacted by people’s activities, that won’t really help you experience the true nature of the Amazon jungle.

Rooms With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to six people. The rooms are designed in wood, inspired by the traditional Caboclo’s house and screened to keep insects outside. Each bed is protected by a mosquito net.

The rooms have a private bath, with running water (unheated).

The lodge’s beauty is in its minimalist in style, providing all the basic comforts that complement the natural surroundings.

Facilities • Jungle Views – Bedrooms open out onto the surrounding forest.• Complimentary wireless internet access for all of your devices. • Communication – Satellite phone systems for emergencies. • Natural Construction – Built from traditional wood. • Outdoor wooden hammocks for relaxing.• Small library with books about the Brazilian Amazon. • Free drinking water during the stay (filtered). • Cotton sheets (200 thread count). • Complimentary organic bath soap.
