Ambitious growth agenda:
• Create 85,600 new jobs by 2031
• Deliver 93,560 to 106,560 new homes by 2031
• Superfast and Ultrafast broadband
• Increase by 15% the amount of skills funding agency funding that
supports our STEM sectors
• Increase the proportion of the working age population qualified to level
2 and above to 90%
• Provide additional 1150 apprenticeships for young people
