REWIND’S STORY SO FAR:An investigation into the deaths of two pro-Decepticon senators leads Chromedome andProwl to a Relinquishment Clinic, where they learn that the murderers’ sparks had beentransplanted into the bodies of innocent Cybertronians. Underneath the Clinic theydiscover a secret base of operations which!Chromedome suspects is actually a brainwashingfacility known as The Institute.

Meanwhile, a tip-off from Whirl leads Orion Pax to conclude that the Senate’s Head ofSecurity, Sentinel, is organizing a terrorist attack for which the Decepticons will be blamed.Pax decides to intervene...!
