Point University’s MBA in business transformation prepares business professionals to conceptualize, initiate and manage organizational transformation initiatives, ranging from continuous improvement in a successful business to turnaround efforts in a failing business. Some areas of focus include strategic leadership, innovation, change management, finance, negotiation, the use of data in decision-making, and Christian ethics. Students are prepared for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and have the opportunity to pursue additional professional certifications. As part of their learning, students may complete projects that benefit their current organizations. Graduates are prepared to assume leadership roles across functional areas in a wide range of for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
