Once you have made the payment for the Domain Transfer, you will receive an email on the Admin Email Contact of your domain.The email will contain a link to approve the domain transfer. Once you click on the link provided, you will need to enter the EPP Auth. code for your domain. To get the EPP Auth. code for your domain, you may need to contact your current Domain Registrar.Once you enter the correct EPP Auth. code of your domain, you will need to wait for 5 days for the Domain Transfer process to complete.

Some Pointers to Note for Domain Transfer:
Please note that 5 day period is provided to your Domain Registrar to approve the Domain Transfer request. If they do not approve the Transfer request, the domain get transferred automatically post the 5th day.
You also need to ensure that your domain is not Privacy Protected from WHOIS sites and locked by the Existing Registrars before you initiate the transfer request.
