Access the Trane Web Sales Shop using one of the following addresses:

NOTE: Once entered into the online Shop, DO NOT use the browser back arrow. This will cause an exit from the program requiring the user to log-in again.

First-time users select the “Register here” link to request credentials. NOTE on Passwords – They are case sensitive. Recommend using 6-8 characters with a combination of letters & numbers.

Users receive prompts every 6 months to update password for security reasons.

Shopping Cart: access and view cart content.
My History: provides list of last ten (10) saved quotes and orders.
Contact Sales: contact information for support services.

1. Properly configured products are displayed by an “Accept” message and the Status description.
2. Clicking on “Accept” will provide a full product description.
3. “Add to Cart & Continue” to select more products or “Add to Cart & check out” if completed.

Using the “Accept” link from the configurator page displays the product description page and support links.
Note: “Configuration” link (1) will populate the configurator with the currently described product. To access the configurator reset to no variants selected use the “Drive Configurator” link (2) in the left column.

Using “Add to Cart & Continue” adds the configured product to the Cart, but doesn’t clear the current configuration which allows it to be modified; useful for quickly adding similarly configured products with minor variant differences.

To enter multiple line items simultaneously, click on the square box on the left side of each line item required and use the “Add Selection to Cart” button.

“Your Reference” typically displays a PO or Project /Quote reference number.

Delivery Type is auto populated with the default method chosen by your organization and based on user’s Log-in credentials.
A pull-down screen will provide other Delivery options used previously.

“Requested shipping date” needs to be entered; initial default displayed is current date. Use the pop-up calendar displayed to select the desired date.

This screen will appear with a new requested ship date. If it does not, turn OFF your pop-up blocker.
Provides the option of selecting different ship dates for each line item in the Cart.

Prices displayed are LIST; the authorized Multiplier is applied on the “Quotation & Order Preview” screen.
