Skillnet develops and runs subsidised courses and training programmes with the aim of making farm and agri businesses more profitable and sustainable. The Network ensures that as many farmers as possible have access to opportunities for further training and development. We primarily fund those under 40 i.e. young farmers or those outside of this age bracket working in the wider agricultural industry. Programmes are optimised to suit the needs of members, member companies, and employed learners, through both formal and informal learning that spans further education and higher education provision.
