Like weapons i.e knife, staff, swords, archery, lathi, nunchaku, sticks etc.

Benefits Physical - It boosts physical fitness, strength, stamina, flexibility, movement co- ordination. Mental – Contributes to increase confidence, self- esteem, self control, quick reflexes and to react at spur of moment ie. quick thinking
Emotional – to become more agile, stable and to communicate more easily
Spiritual – It increases perseverance, virtues, fearlessness, leadership skill

• As women activists, training are benevolent for us to increase our moral boost, confidence level, stamina, concentration at work, patience dealing in OPD, relieve stress.
