OVERVIEW

- General Mobuto CAPTURED- Bio-hazard plot revealed- “The Jackal” still at large

CONFIDENTIAL: Dictator-General H Mobuto was captured today, uncovering a deadly Bio-Terror plot to distribute a plague-like virus into the world population through tainted consumer products.

The ‘Nations of Excess’ Virus is triggered by an airborne ‘Activation Agent’ that results in the carrier of the virus experiencing a debilitating seizure, followed by cardiac arrest.

Once activated, the virus is 100% fatal.

Mobuto’s accomplice, known only as ‘The Jackal’, has several terrorist cells preparing a global Virus Activation. These terror cells must be located and neutralized.

A partial formula for the antidote has been found, but it’s missing a key chemical element, known only to ‘The Jackal’. An uncooperative Mobuto was scheduled for questioning, but was unfortunately found dead in his cell, a victim of an activated Virus.
