The company, which was bought by X company for $2.4 billion in 2004, operates more than 1,200 business service centers in Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America. X company's offers a wide range of printing services, including graphic design, color printing, and binding. Among the products the company prints are banners, business cards, flyers, invitations, marketing collateral, newsletters, and posters.

• Building support by convincing my manager that this program could help the store in it regional and national rating.

Identifying Program Ideas
• Raise regional and national scores (MSM) by being proactive in training for all new coworkers entering into the full service area.
• Coworkers are not getting the accurate training and therefore lowing the MSM scores.
Research• Informal Conversations with co-workers• Store meetings• Jobs are not getting done right and on time• Many mistakes in order taking process.

• Qualitative Approach would be used to prioritize program ideas with one on one interactions and discussion in staff meetings.
