Is done by well experienced people, brought both from GSP and from external sources
Evaluation is done at the working sites and onshore training facilities
The evaluation reports consist of suggestions for improvement (training)

Better screening of all new arrivals in GSP
- checking of personal documents (CVs, Recommendation letters, certificates)
- any new arrival's declared skills and experience is verified using questionnaires and practical assessment by means of simulators
