Due to pressure on business and not able to focus on performance & leadership issues, the companies are coming up with Behavioral training to build the core values for the future.
Behavioral Training-Behavioral methods are more of giving practical training to the trainees. The various methods under Behavioral approach allow the trainee to behave in a real fashion. These methods are best used for skill development.

In 1999- 2000 the workforce doubled in a 12 month period, and the company now has around 45 direct employees, around 130 attached consultants, & a database of thousands of IT professionals.
