Training-Essential to train each employee for
awareness & methodology of the related theory and tools.
Aspects like awareness, JIT, QC tools, problem solving tools have to be covered by training.
Top management is the first to be involved in the training.
Decision Style-
1)The decision has to be a firm decision.
2)Once it is taken it has to be implemented in short time.
3)Decision has top be sold to those people who are involved in implementing the same.
4)Decision should be satisfied.
Methods of taking decision:
There are different styles of taking decision.
• Example:
• i) There is old style decision, which is autocratic one.
• ii) Consensus type of decision.

Steering committee- A committee that decides on the
priorities or order of business of an organization & manages the general course of its operations.
• They formulate- The method to attack the problem Plan the schedules & Monitor those plans.
SHARED LEADERSHIP- The common goal, vision,
mission, quality policy of the company is to be formulated with every employee’s thinking.
Each employee strives hard to accomplish the goals as they are shared.
