As we move into second half of the financial year 2016-17, we are further consolidating our business in Q3 and Q4 and moving positivelytowards Lakshya 2021. We are focusing more on Mega and large projects and our thrust is to achieve competitive advantage with skilledmanpower who can steer this company to greater heights. To continue with the legacy, our endeavor is to inculcate professional andbusiness excellence, and align with the bigger picture by sharpening our business focus and developing Leadership pipelines.

The present business environment demands agile workforce equipped with latest equipment, resources and employees with keen sense ofbusiness. HCI has always been forward thinking to inculcate best of OD practices and training interventions to support business excellence.We strive to fit well with the vision for L&T: to have globally benchmarked projects and services for Engineering excellence, Professionalismand Financial prudence.
