Training & Development Staff
- Able to prepare and coordinate training and development program to all level / Dept
- Fully understand ISO 9001:2008
- Fully understand and able to implement the development of TNA and KPI
- Making reports and evaluation of pra training, during training, and pasca training
- Able to implement Performance Appraisal System
- Having good communication and interpersonal skill
- Computer literate is a must
- English fluent speaking is a must
