We bring the experts to youIn my role as Head of Centre Training I have developed this prospectus to provide an invaluable opportunity for you to access training for CPD or qualifications, at a time and place to suit you and your team.
We have a team of specialist educators, who are acknowledged as experts in their field. They will deliver training in new skills, techniques and technologies, which have been designed especially for VTCT tutors. The aim of the training is to enhance knowledge, skills and qualifications for you to pass on to your learners or to enable you to expand the range of VTCT courses you can offer.
Courses in this prospectus include:
• Training in skills and knowledge for CPD hours
• Training leading to VTCT qualifications in new techniques and technologies
• Training to support new centres and business practice
• Training to meet mandatory awarding organisation or legislative requirements
The CPD courses within the prospectus can be delivered at your own centre and tailored to meet your needs. After your initial enquiry, the specialist educator will contact you to arrange a convenient date and venue for the training to take place - ideal for in-service days. Delegates will receive a VTCT CPD certificate for the designated number of hours.
In addition, there are also opportunities to train for specific qualifications at VTCT’s head office in Eastleigh, Hampshire e.g. training to become an assessor, internal verifier or lead internal verifier. Please refer to the events page of our website for these courses and dates.

Course overview The Shrinking Violet body wrap system is a painless, effortless professional process that can successfully remove inches in problem areas such as the thighs, buttocks and abdomen. The treatment has been clinically proven for inch loss by lipolysis, through an active phospholipid complex and the solution remains in the skin and active for 72 hours after the treatment.
The technique is so powerful that a sixty minute session can have an overall fat reduction of up to 2.5% (Clinical Trial data). The amount of reduction varies depending on build, but many clients and therapists have seen a dress size reduction from the first treatment.

Who the course is for Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (QCF) is a practical-based qualification intended for those who manage the quality of assessment for NVQ and/or VRQ qualifications from within an organisation or assessment centre.
Entry requirements In order begin working towards becoming a lead internal quality assurer you should be an experienced and qualified internal quality assurer and hold D34, V1 or Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice
How is the course assessed
The course will be assessed through a combination of recognition of prior learning and evidence of planning, target setting and reviewing team work. Two observations and submission of a portfolio of evidence. As some of the evidence for your lead internal quality assurer qualification will be gathered remotely, you will ideally have the following available to you:• A computer
• Access to the internet, Skype and a webcam
• Access to a flip cam/video/smart phone or camera for evidence gathering
• IQA team to facilitate and support the completion of learning outcomes.
Progression and business opportunities
This qualification provides the knowledge and skills required to progress to employment as Lead internal quality assurer. With experience you will be able to further your career in internal quality assurance by undertaking a qualification to enable you to carry out the role of Lead Internal quality assurer and possess the required qualification to progress to External Quality assurance qualifications.

Entry requirements In order to begin working towards becoming an assessor you must have one of the following: • Level 2 and level 3 NVQ or VRQ qualifications or equivalent, plus sufficient relevant industrial experience that is current and appropriate to the unit(s) of the NVQ or VRQ you are intending to assess. • Have substantial industrial experience that is current and appropriate to the unit(s) of NVQ or VRQ you are intending to assess.
