TRANSCRIPT
These dimmers can be used to dim lights from several locations. They are suitable for dimming mains and/or dimmable transformer low voltage lamps.
Functions and Special features
Slim buttons give an easy press action. Pressing the button dims or brightens the light to any level. A quick press switches off. Another press returns the lamp to its previous brightness.
All versions are suitable for dimming most mains dimmable LED lamps and fittings and mains halogen lamps.
Quiet operation.
The soft start feature prolongs the lamp life.
Some LED lamps may require a small resistive load (order code RESLOADE, see page 86) to enable smooth dimming.
Multi-way switching and dimming can be achieved from any position only by using the complementary DANLERS slave switches.
These grid dimmer modules fit any position on the appropriate grid or plate system.

DANLERS plated LED dimmer switches (leading edge) are compatible with many dimmable LED lamps and fittings.

The range of dimmers includes 1, 2, 3 and 4 gang options in a robust, white polycarbonate moulded plate.
Each dimmer has an adjusted spindle on the back of the product to specify the minimum dim level to help eliminate lamp instability.

Slave push buttons
These are normally open (push to make) push buttons. They can be used as slave switches to operate a DANLERS Soft start dimmer, as shown in the appropriate wiring diagrams.
SS 1SL is a 1 gang version on a square plate.
SS 2SL is a 2 gang version, with 2 push buttons on a square plate.
These square plated versions both fit into plaster depth (16mm) wall boxes. Dimensions as below.
