LOS IS GOING TO “C”. HERE THE LOS OF THE ROAD IS FOUND THE SAME ON THE OFF PECK HOUR.

CAPACITY OF ROAD IS ABOUT 75%. DESIRE SPEED IS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 50 MPH.
