Deposit regulations Deposit of 200 € per vehicle and trailer. Please make sure you have the exact amount available. No acceptance of 500 € bills. Please note the exit times listed on your deposit receipt. Failure to observe the access times will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Time-slot reservation Time-slot reservation (AX4) only combined with booked forwarding services on: www.ax4.com/ax4/control/main_page
Vehicles with booked time-slot have to register at Log-Point Avus Nordkurve P11a and will get access to fairground without any deposit.

Access and entrance to the fairground
(set-up and dismantling)
Advices
Please note that access to the exhibition grounds is only allowed with a valid construction and dismantling pass which is required for all vehicle occupants and construction workers. Passes are bookable on BECO Webshop free of charge.
Attention: Due to construction works parking spaces are limited in the south of the fairground. Car parking during build-up, exhibition and dismantling is available at car park ICC Berlin for 7,50 € daily. Parking at the fairground is only allowed with proper authorization. Unauthorized parked vehicles and loading units on the fairground or parked vehicles on P18 after 11:00 p.m. will be towed away at the costs and risks of the vehicle owner. Long term parking for trucks during build-up, exhibition and dismantling available at P12 AVUS-Nordkurve.
