Trading Grid Registration
• You received an email from [email protected] inviting you to register on Trading Grid. Click on the Registration URL in the email. The email content and invitation code will be different than shown here.

• The link will take you directly to the registration system. Complete the information about your company location, and then choose Submit.
• Required fields are marked with an asterisk(*).

• If you encounter this page, do not identify yourself as an existing company, even if the information is exactly the same. Instead, select “My Company is not listed” to ensure that your account is billed to Wells Fargo Capital Finance.

• In Step 1, you review the subscription information.
• You will see a reference to IWF (not OLV as shown on slide). IWF is a subset of Trading Grid that allows you to upload and download files in a closed community.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

• Choose Subscribe to Selected Service. Even though your are subscribing to IWF (not OLV as shown on this slide), this is a free service to you.

• During Step 2, you review the GXS terms and conditions page. You will need to choose the Accept radio button, and then choose Next Step.

• In Step 3, you will set up a user account for the individual at your company that should be the primary contact for the Trading Grid system. Scroll down to complete additional details in the Personal Information section.

• In this step, you will create the log in information to sign into Trading Grid.
The password is case-sensitive.

• Next, set your Password Security information. If you forget your Trading Grid password, you will be able to reset your password if you know this information.

• When your profile information is complete, scroll down and choose Next Step.

• In Step 4, you will need to provide information about your company. The asterisks (*) identify the required fields. For Industry Type, select the closest choice.

• You will need to provide a Business contact and a Technical contact for your company. If you are the contact, choose the Same as My Profile check box.

• During the final step in the process, review the information that you have entered.

• If the information is accurate and you are ready to submit your registration request, choose the Submit button.

• The system confirms that your registration request has been submitted. Choose Close to close the window.
• Do not choose the Login button. The process on the GXS side takes a few minutes to complete. The system will display an error if you try to log in too soon.

• After your registration request is accepted, you will receive an email from [email protected] confirming that your registration has been approved.
• You can use the URL provided in the confirmation email to access the system.
