The Need• Organizations have tracking needs across many disparate tracking devices – Many
are already installed.• Many situations often require different types of users that need to be tracked and
visualized - (i.e. San Diego Fire Department working Border Patrol etc). • Different Common Operating Pictures or visualization systems.• Different Network capabilities/needs (Satellite, Cell, Digital Radio) • My background and why I am here today.
– Retired US Navy CAPTAIN (25 Years)– Director of Operations at NRSW
• Crisis Action Team Chief – responsible for 10 installations and providing the “picture” to many different and distinct leadership.
