REMEMBER: • Eat before you come to school • All necessary uniform items (black marching shoes, long black socks, shorts for under uniform, blue shirts, etc.) • Bring clothes to change into after performance (i.e. show shirt/Blue Band shirt, jacket/sweatshirt, pants, and shoes) • Optional: Bring money for additional food/snacks from concession stands and/or for souvenir items. 9am Call time at LQHS @attendance block/Load instruments/equipment on trucks, and eat

brunch ($5 paid ahead of time to FOM). VOLUNTEERS helping serve - please arrive by 10am; CHAPERONES riding bus - please arrive by 10:45am

11am Load buses (seats by 11:05am) & depart LQ (by 11:10am) for Trabuco Hills HS (THHS) Noon Arrive at THHS, find rehearsal zone, unload equipment, use restrooms, eat snacks,

change into uniform, and travel to respective warm up zones 1pm to 3pm Warm up in captions (winds – 1pm stretch/vis, 1:45pm music) 2:30pm Winds travel to percussion 2:45pm Full ensemble for run through/VOLUNTEERS helping push instruments arrive 3pm Travel to field (need to be at pre-stage by 3:15pm) 3:38pm to 3:51pm Performance in 3A Division (Entire production) 3:51pm to 4:30pm Watch awards ceremony and support ALL groups 4:30pm Load trailer, change into street clothes, eat dinner, watch 4A/5A groups (begins at 6pm) 9:30pm Load buses and depart from THHS for LQHS 10pm Estimated arrival time @LQHS – unload, clean up, and put equipment/uniforms away 10:30pm Approximate time of dismissal by Mr. Sebastian, and time students should be picked up

SENIORS (65+), MILITARY WITH ID OR UNIFORM, CHILDREN (5-12) - $u CHILDREN (under 5) – FREE

Parking: The parking structure allows us to offer very limited spectator parking on campus. The best part is, the parking is FREE! Spots will fill up very quickly, so inform your booster parents to come to the show early to secure

a spot. Entrance to the parking structure will be at the end of Mustang Run. Once the parking structure is full, spectators will need to find the best available parking.
