TP3 Global Announces Pharmafreight as Distributor 14h March 2013 Birmingham, UK - TP3 Global is pleased to announce the distributor agreement with Pharmafreight to supply the SilverSkin range of ‘single use’ thermal reflective pallet covers.

Pharmafreight will initially hold stock for supply in UK (London Heathrow - LHR), and USA (New York, JFK and Chicago O’Hare, ORD).

TP3 is pleased to announce Pharmafreight as one of the first partners in the pharmaceutical logistics market. TP3's Technical Director Peter Lockett describes how TP3 is pioneering the thermal blanket market for ambient pharmaceutical shipments with new material and fabric technology. Mr Lockett highlights that the opportunity to support Pharmafreight as a committed supplier to the pharmaceutical supply chain sector will give users quick and easy access to thermal covers within the Pharmafreight global logistics network.

Our research and customer feedback has indicated that light weight, easy to use and cost effective thermal pallet covers are key to protecting controlled ambient freight during temperature spikes before and after air transportation.

Controlled room temperature (CRT) pharmaceutical freight now has to be shipped within certain temperature limits as guided by Good Distribution Practice (GDP). Highly reflective thermal covers provide a

comparatively low cost method of temperature protection for the short durations of extreme temperature that the goods are exposed to.
