Toyota RAV4 EV offers an eco-

sensitive option to Orlando!

Toyota of Orlando is so thrilled to be able to do our part in the green movement – we offer a huge

selection of hybrid cars that bring eco-sensitive solutions to the table, not to mention offer amazing

fuel efficiency to drivers! While we already offer the Orlando Toyota Prius family, the Toyota Camry

Hybrid, and the Highlander Hybrid, we’re eagerly awaiting the arrival of a few more hybrid

additions to the lineup. One model in particular that we’re looking forward to is the 2013 Toyota

RAV4 EV! It won’t be headed to our dealership in Central Florida anytime soon – it’s still being

tested out in California – but our anticipation is high!

Learn more about the all-electric new Toyota RAV4 EV in Orlando! The 2013 Toyota RAV4 EV is an all-electric version of the family-friendly SUV, similar to the 2013

Toyota Prius Plug-in. It was co-developed by Toyota and Tesla, and will have a starting MSRP of

around $50,000 – which may seem like a lot, but when you factor in how much money you’re saving

on fuel, you’ll realize it’s a sound investment. The new Toyota RAV4 EV in Orlando will be able to

run up to 100 miles on electric charge alone, and will require about six hours to gain a full charge.

However, charging is easy – you can plug it into the wall in your garage and walk away!

This new Toyota in Orlando will offer choices – it brings two different charging modes to the table.

You can choose the extended charging mode to rack up about 113 miles of charge, or stick to the

standard mode, which will get you about 92 miles. Additionally, it will have two driving settings –

normal and Sport. The normal drive setting on the new Toyota RAV4 EV in Orlando will provide

you with the capacity to reach up to 85mph, which is perfect if you’re just driving around town or

taking a short jaunt down the highway. However, you can rev things up to 100mph in the Sport

mode if necessary!

2013 Toyota RAV4 EV offers sleek new style The new 2013 Toyota RAV4 EV in Orlando will also offer a sleeker style than its gasoline powered

predecessor. It incorporates features like high efficiency lights, a redesigned rear spoiler, and lacks a

grill, which gives the exterior smoother lines. It also lends a more stylish atmosphere on the interior,

incorporating features like a buttonless touch screen for your controls (such as navigation or air

conditioning), as well as a digital instrumentation. You’ll even get a flat floor! The new Orlando

Toyota RAV4 EV has a flat underbody battery tray, which means the interior floor will be flat as

well, making it easier to manipulate the space to your needs.
