2014 schedule

Dear Neighbor,

As Oyster Bay Town Supervisor, I would like to welcome you to the 2014 Town of Oyster Bay Community Park pool season. After an exceptionally cold and snowy winter, spending a beautiful summer day with friends and family at the pool is a feeling that just can’t be beat! This year, the pools open for the season on Saturday, June 21, 2014. Town of Oyster Bay Community Park Pool memberships are a great amenity offered just to our residents. To help ensure the registration process runs smoothly, please read the instructions contained in this brochure carefully and bring any necessary documentation to Bethpage Community Park, Marjorie R. Post Community Park, Syosset-Woodbury Community Park or Plainview-Old Bethpage Community Park on the dates and times listed. For 2014, the Town of Oyster Bay’s successful Nanny Membership will continue. This option allows non-residents, who provide individual day care for children, to purchase an individual, non-park district, resident membership. As a reminder, in order for the day care provider to qualify, the child’s family must purchase a family membership, and the day-care provider must present a written statement from an adult in the child’s family. On behalf of the entire Oyster Bay Town Board, I wish you and your family a wonderful summer filled with fun in the sun at the Town of Oyster Bay’s wonderful parks, pools and beaches! If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Town’s Parks Department at 797-4129. Very truly yours,

John Venditto Town Supervisor
