Consultation with the historical building preservation authorities, energy performance according to energy legislation “EnEv” from 2014, heat insulation certificate, damp proofing certificate - consultation and evaluation work on rectification building defects including recommendations to avoid heat bridges and the heat losses connected with it, calculation of surface temperatures on the deep window jambs to avoid condensation and moldness.- consultation in implementing constructional specifics and connections with respect to damp proofing in consideration of the air tightness.- consultation in choice of materials with regard to building requirements- consultation with the devising of a heat insulation concept for the outer skin of the building. E.g. introducing a layer of heat insulating plaster between the reinforced concrete construction and the sandstone facade- special hygrothermic calculations (using WUFI) to safeguard the valuable contents and wood panelling on the major’s floor
