It will have an appurtenance that further rises up to 550'. Tower B’s height is 183.9', which is within the zoning’s maximum height but enters into the Granville View Cone. Tower C’s height is 363.1' measured to Top of Mechanical Parapet; with an appurtenance that rises up to 390.9'. This additional height of tower A is required in order to give it presence when viewed from the Burrard Bridge arrival into Downtown. Without the height, a great opportunity is lost to make this a Signature Gateway project for the City. Tower B’s additional height allow for the higher floor to floor height required for Office buildings. While Tower C’s height increase improves the height ratio across the project and their perceived proportion. Tower Height
