TOWER BRIDGE

The Tower Bridge is a bascule bridge located in London over the River Thames. It is situated near the Tower of London, which gives it its name.

Tower Bridge was built in 1984. Horace Jones, the municipal architect, and John Wolfe Barr, no solution was offered as the chosen design for Tower Bridge until October 1884.

For us, the most important thing of Tower Bridge are the views from the city, and how beautiful it is at night because it has millions of lights.

The bridge tower can visit the exhibition that shows how the system of lifting the bridge from its construction until 1976, by a steam engine, and its subsequent replacement by an electrical system. The rest of the exhibition deals with stress the importance of the Tower Bridge in the city's history. Along the walkways above you can also see the pictures of the world's most iconic bridges among them, no doubt the Tower Bridge.

In the Tower Bridge are some pubs for people. Everyone can access the bridge, from children to old people.

The impression left as surrounding you, little by little, the Tower of London ... is impressive, but such a bridge, so elegant while huge, get a monument overshadow the likes of the Tower of London.

In our opinion, the Tower Bridge is an impressive monument during the day, but even more so at night, then see it with all those lights is very nice. We recommend that people go to visit the Tower Bridge, because they'll love it. We also recommend that you visit inside and all exposures that, because they are very interesting.
