CYLINDRICAL HORIZONTAL TANKS

Our Cylindrical Horizontal Tanks are built to UL, BS EN 12285 -1 and API 650 Standards. We have supplied all these models through the years in all MENA & EMEA regions. Our quality field tested Tanks can provide over 30 years of service.

CYLINDRICAL VERTICAL TANKS

Our Cylindrical Horizontal Tanks are built in different standards including API 650 and British Standard. Over 160,000 Liters only can be built at site. Special fabrication can incorporate dished tops, dished and coned bottoms all supported on skirts or legs.

ABOVE GROUND TANKS DIFFERENT SHAPES

From 200 Imperial Gallons up to 50,000 Imperial Gallon is built in our facilities, we provide a wide range of design and engineering solutions to satisfy our customer’s specific requirements. We provide Multiple Compartment Tanks as well.

STEEL STORAGE TANKS

We design ,fabricate and supply wide varieties of steel storage Tanks for Fuel Oils like Diesel, Gasoline, Oil, Bitumen and other liquid types.

Our underground storage Tanks are designed to UL and BS EN 12285 - 1 are among the most reliable Tanks. We provide special paint application to protect the Tank under wet and stringent soil environment. For Marine Environment we provide specific paint application,

BUNDED WALL TANKS

Our above Ground and Underground Tanks come with bunded wall. We employ the latest trend of technology in design and fabrication to provide stern and impenetrable Bund Tanks to ensure safety and smooth operations in remote site or where space is limited.

CUSTOM MADE TANKS

Our custom made designs are built to withstand inside and outside pressure. We utilize design techniques with latest CAD and EPC softwares to ensure the stability of Design and Safety of our products. With 2 years Warranty for all our Tanks we safeguard your long term investment.

Our ASTs and USTs can be equipped with European or American approved instrumentations to protect your Tanks from leak, spillage or fire hazards, We can provide different applications based on your requirement and budget.

Fuel Systems can work in harmony with Generator’s base tanks or day tanks. We offer spotted leak detection both for pipe works and Tanks bund walls.

OUR SERVICES

We have several standard Quality Control programs that strictly follows codes such as ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and API (American Petroleum Institute). British Standard and EU Standards.

WELDING

Our welders are trained and certified to weld in structural and offshore level, the qualified welders program is constantly monitored to ensure quality and even welds. As per American Welding Society (AWS).

PAINTING

We use premium paint to protect your investment , with our surface cleaning application and industrial grade paint machines we provide a smooth glossy finish paint that is sturdy to withstand minor impacts and provide UV protection layer for Tanks ,pipework and structures.

INSPECTION

We have qualified inspectors that have been trained and certified in Non Destructive Testing as per AWS standards. Our level II technicians can conduct visual inspection , MPI tests to assure the quality of fabrication and welds.

PNEUMATIC TEST

We conduct Pneumatic test based on the application and standard on all our fabrication closed tanks to assure they are leak proof, our QC/QA programs are set to monitor every level of fabrication and test conducted on our tanks .

VISUAL INSPECTION TEST

Our experienced Level II Inspectors conduct daily Visual test to avoid discontinuity, porosity and cracks in welds and paint works.

MPI TESTS

Our level II inspectors provide daily Magnetic Particle Inspection on different parts of our tanks to ensure that welds and joints are as per the highest standard in the market.

HYDROSTATIC TEST

Where Pneumatic test is not possible we can conduct hydrostatic test to avoid leakage and spillage.

LIFTING TESTS

Lifting test is done on the pad eyes or lifting lugs to provide smooth lifting and handling of equipment. We invite a third party to witness and issue the third party certificate. Our inspectors provide daily Magnetic Particle Inspection on different parts of our tanks to ensure that welds and joints are as per the highest standard in the market.
