An additional 40% deposit is due no less than 40 days prior to your event day. The remaining 50 % deposit is due no less than 15 days prior to your event date. All deposit(s) received are required by the due dates indicated and are NON- REFUNDABLE. If deposit(s) are not received by the due date indicated, Oak Quarry Golf Club reserves the right to cancel, modify or re-schedule your event without obligations. Any changes in the number of players must be in writing by fax or mail to the Golf Club Tournament Director. Final confirmation as to the number of players shall be 15 days in advance and may not drop below -X- players. After 15 days prior to outing you will be financially responsible for the contracted amount of players. However, tournaments booked inside 15 days are responsible for the contracted number of players and require a 50% deposit to reserve the date, with the remaining 50% balance due on the day of play. Please contact our Food & Beverage Manager for any food and beverage requirements. Absolutely NO food or beverage permitted to be brought on property. GOLF CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. In order to provide the best possible service it is necessary that we received a pairing sheet with names of players and assigned tee times or starting holes at least (7) days prior to the event date. 2. Soft spikes are required. 3. Dress code is strictly enforced; collared shirt required; no cut-offs, short shorts or tank tops. 4. Golf carts are mandatory for all players. Each player must have their own set of clubs. 5. Damages to the Golf Course, Cart Fleet and/or property due to misconduct by participants must be paid for by the event committee. 6. Weather conditions; The Golf Club does not consider weather forecast. Your tournament is based on weather at Oak Quarry Golf Club on the day of your event. In the event the course is closed due to unplayable conditions (as determined by the General Manager) your tournament will either be rescheduled on a mutually agreeable date or refunded. 7. For safety concerns, all players are to observe posted signs and local rules as printed on scorecard for lateral hazards on hole # 4, # 6, # 9 and # 14.
